Hill Family loft Race Results

My situation is unique. I do not have a local club to fly my birds with. Instead, I breed youngbirds and send them off to clubs and futurities around the country. The race results that you see on this page are a true test and reflection of the birds and their abilities to fly in many different environments for many different fanciers.

2011 Young Bird Race Results

This years breeding season was very succesful. This year will be a good test for the birds. I am flying not only with fliers in Albuquerque but I also sent birds to the Pigeon Talk Race in California as well as a few birds to Kentucky. I ent over 90 birds out to fly in 11 lofts so I am hoping for a good showing.

2010 Young Bird Race Results

Results Flying with Los Lobos RPC in Albuquerque NM.

This year I teamed up with Cliff Spencer. We flew with the Los Lobos RPC. Cliff finished 2nd Average Speed and won the 250 mile race from Hachita NM by over seven minutes. This is a very competitive club against some of the best birds in the country. I only bred around 40 birds this year due to bird health issues. I thought it best to stop breeding and limit my birds to one round. Cliff took the majority of the team. Considering, we had a pretty good year.
